About BioAge Connect
BioAge Connect designs and runs clinical intervention studies in healthy longevity, using biological age as an objective outcome measure.
01 — Why it exists
The longevity field produces interventions faster than evidence that they work. That is not negligence; it is arithmetic. The endpoints that settle the question take decades to read, making many studies impractical before they begin.
Biological age brings the endpoint inside a window a study can cover. The work that follows is deliberately concrete: standardised sample handling, consistent preprocessing, reproducible scoring, and a place for results to accumulate over time. Without it, a study cannot be compared or a trusted reference cohort built.
That operational and measurement gap is what BioAge Connect works on.
02 — How we work
Protocol design, consent and ethics frameworks, recruitment support, biospecimen workflows, follow-up scheduling, and project management.
EpiClock measures 12 validated epigenetic clocks across 8 dimensions of ageing, independently of the treating clinician.
Longitudinal storage, comparison against 16 harmonised public studies, analysis, and publication-ready outputs.
03 — Where it leads
Most validated biological age models were developed in non-Asian cohorts. A Singapore-calibrated reference requires standardised measurement across many sites over many years, and reference cohorts are built out of studies. That is the case for running the studies first.
